With over 25 years of experience, Dean is one of this country's most passionate and talented hairdressers. Dean lives and breaths his career and delivers to all his clients a level of care and service that can only be derived from someone that is totally committed to making his clients look and feel their very best. Dean dreamt of creating a salon where client care, exceptional consistent results, overall salon experience, and dedicated training of his team was of paramount importance, when Temple was created in July 2003. To this day, Dean's passion, desire and vision is alive and as strong as ever. Dean divides his time between caring for up 60 clients per week and educating the Temple Team with his hairdressing philosophy and skills. He also attends numerous industry seminars and shows, in his commitment to remaining at the forefront of industry knowledge and trends. Due to his longevity in the industry and the development of a very loyal following over many years, Dean has limited appointment spaces, with a waiting list of approximately 6 months.

kath
Kath is our dedicated salon coordinator, and retail manager. Kath's background was in foreign exchange and travel and has vast customer relations experience. Kath is one of the original fixtures of Temple being with us from inception. Kath together will most likely be your first contact with our salon. Kath has a beautiful, sincere personality who will always try her hardest to accommodate any client inquiries and ensure a perfect salon experience.

You'll find Kath on the desk from Tuesday through to Friday until 2.00pm

olivia
Olivia Palmer (Liv) has been a part of the Temple team since early 2004, and has quickly formed an extensive clientele through her genuine interest in achieving the best results for her clients. With over 12 years in the industry, Liv is a passionate hairdresser and is one of Temples most experienced and talented colorists and a master cutter. Olivia also produces exquisite long hair and formal styling. Liv has a beautiful "down to earth" personality, a gentle approach and is dedicated to achieving the highest possible standards of client care.

You'll find Olivia on the floor on Wednesday and Thursdays (till late),

Friday and Saturday

sam
Sam Ryan is one of the original Temple team members. Sam has been hairdressing for over 20 years, working with some of Geelong's most recognized salons, and comes from a hairdressing family - in other words, Sam has hairdressing in her blood. Sam has travelled the world extensively and draws on her wealth of experience to produce exceptional and consistent colour's, cuts and hair styling. Sam has a dedicated following and is committed to achieving the highest possible standards of client care. Sam is a mother of two young children and has returned to work part time from May 2009 and is ready to be of service to all of our existing and new clients.

You'll find Sam on the floor Tuesday's between 9.30am and 5.30pm

mish
Michelle Hildebrandt (Mish) joined the Temple team in August 2006.
Mish is vivacious and the wild child of our team. With over 12 years in the industry, Mish has a reputation for producing exquisite hair colour (she's our blonde expert) which is complimented by beautiful cuts and styling. Mish balances her ability to have a great time with her clients, with consistently beautiful results and a genuine commitment to achieving the highest possible standards of client care. Mish is a great all rounder, good time girl, and consumate professional. Mish is allergic however to bobby pins (sorry, no "French Roll's" from this girl)

cathy

Cathy joined Temple in April 2009. Cathy has many years experience and has re-joined the work force after a few years looking after her family and their family business. Cathy has previously owned her own hair and beauty salon and has a beautiful warm and sincere approach backed up by wonderful talent, skill and commitment to providing our clients with the utmost care and professionalism. Cathy can handle any colour, cut and styling requests as well as formal styling (bridal, debutante etc), and makeup.

You'll find Cathy on the floor Thursday (till late), Friday and Saturday

hannah C
Hannah Carter joined Temple in April 2007 and is currently in her second year of her formal training. Hannah was very eager to be a hairdresser, leaving school at 16. She has always loved the idea of being involved in what she saw as a wonderfully creative career, Hannah has a calm, genuine and quirky personality and you may experience Hannah's gentle approach over the coming months in the areas of colour application, assistance at the basin and in between all other stages of your appointment

megan

Megan is our latest recruit and joins us straight out of High School. Hairdressing is all Megan has ever wanted to do and she is already proving herself to be not only a really effective team member but someone with real potential and a natural ability. Megan has a very sincere, warm and polite manner. You're likely to experience Megan in the first year of her apprenticeship at the basin, applying basic colour work and making her contribution to creating wonderful overall salon experinces for our clients. Watch this space as Megans career evolves.

hannah B

Hannah Butcher joined Temple with the launch of our beauty services business in April 2008. Hannah is a qualified Beauty Therapist and has trained at both the Gordon TAFE in Geelong and with the Dermal Institute, the makers of our beauty products - Dermologica. Hannah is highly skilled and has a wonderfully gentle nature and a caring approach to her work. Hannah can cater to all your beauty needs including luxury Dermalogica Facials, Waxing, Manicures, Pedicures or Professional make-up consultations and application using our amazing Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics.

You'll find Hannah on the floor from Wednesday through to Saturday including late Wednesday and Thursday nights.
